pacman gender id

This is my room mate's new pacman, its at almost 4" from snout to vent. She believes its a female but I am not certain. The pet store took poor care of her and had no sweet clue what they were doing. All they fed the poor thing was pinkies and they did so bi-weekly. She tried explaining to them that pacman need a varied diet but it seems there ignorant and oblivious there. Just took a quick picture she was hard to hold.

Well at 4 inches you should be able to tell. Obviously if it croaks it's a male. Also the flash kinda deludes the black spots on the throat. If it's throat is covered in black spots then it is probably a male and if not then it's a female! If the pacman gets bigger than 5 inches then it's most likely a female! Cute pacman though!

I don't see nuptial pad on the thumb. This is likely a female.
