URGENT! Whites tree frog very sick!

I'm so sorry you frog is ill.

I hope you have been able to follow the guidelines above.

First of all..... don't blame yourself.

I am not a vet. However, I believe your frog has Chytrid fungus
( Chytridiomycota - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia )

EVERYTHING this frogs was near needs to be either boiled or trashed.

The other frog should be separated asap and treated as well

You can speak to a vet about using Lamisil AT spray.
I believe it's ------ 10 sprays into 180-200 ml (cc) distilled water
Bathe the frog for 5 min or so - daily -or so for at least 10 days - longer if symptoms persist
A good soaking container could be a small shallow/ plastic or glass food storage container.
You want the container to shallow enough so their bodin remain in the bath.
Be extremely careful when handling the frg as his skin is very fragile.

Don't let the spray get old ---it needs to be fresh --- make a new solution every few days

A vet may also prescribe an additional / topical antifungal treatment

They both need a quarantine container. ie and small critter carrier
The QT containers need to be wiped down every other day with the same solution above.
Line the bottom of the QT containers with very dampened - flat paper towel. Dampen the paper with de-chlorinated water
The QT container should have a small/shall/glass or ceramic water dish. like a glass petri dish or ever a class cup saucer
The water dishes need to be cleaned everyday with the hot water as well ( NEVER use any soaps) then spray with the solution/ rinse and refill

You need to buy powder free / disposable/ gloves. Change gloves between caring for each frog.
I would separate the the frogs completely... ie even so far as .... different rooms
