2. # of inhabitants - specifically other frogs and size differences / Another hyla cinera frog(1). female. slightly larger. 2 total frogs.

4. Temperature / 70-75
5. Water - type - for both misting and soaking dish / bottled drinking water and occasionally water treated with "reptisafe" for both
6. Materials used for substrate / terrarium moss
7. Enclosure set up i.e. plants (live or artificial), wood, bark and other materials. / no live plants. all artificial. one soaking dish. small bridge, fake leaves

14. A pic would be helpful including frog and enclosure / This is the enclosure. Sorry for it being sideways. I wanted to get the whole thing. He is just in the leaves while the other frog (female) is on one of the branches in the first photo.

15. Describe frog's symptoms and/or recent physical changes; to include it's ventral/belly area. / I have not paid much attention to his belly are since he does not go on the glass much. However I noticed that it is slightly pink compared to my female frogs belly/legs. He also seems to lack energy and does not jump around as much as my female frog.
16. How old is the frog / He is approximately 4 months old from when i got him. But when i got him I believe he was very young. I am not sure about the age. He was about 3/4 inch when i first got him.
17. How long have you owned him/her / I have owned him for about 4 months.
18. Is the frog wild caught or captive bred / captive bred from a petstore petco
19. Frog food- how often and if it is diverse, what other feeders are used as treats / only crickets
20. How often the frog is handled / Almost never. Only touched (with gloves) lower legs few times when trying to get frogs out of enclosure and into a container when cleaning the tank.
21. Is the enclosure kept in a high or low traffic area / low traffic bathroom area
22. Describe enclosure maintenance (water changes, cleaning, etc) / water changes every few days, cleaning every week
