Sick green tree frog? Hyla Cinera

I noticed a few yellow specks on the back of my frog about a week ago. I read online that young frogs develop spots as they transition into an adult. As time passed the spots have spread and its not on my frogs nose. He also has a red underbelly. However, im concerned about my frog. Here are some photos. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ANYTHING IS WRONG.
