Hi all I have been wanting a frog tank for a lil while now and have been in the process of building one for about the same time.... lol

This is want I have gotten soo far....

Its not much I know and I still have things I want too add like some hiding spots, leaf litter, and some vines that I still have to make but is there anything else I should add? Also what kind of inhabitants could live in here??

Welcome to the forum! That's a beautiful tank, but without knowing any parameters of the tank (temp, humidity), it's pretty impossible to recommend anything.
Truly the best thing is to choose a species of frog you like and adjust the tank accordingly.

    Thank you!
Ultimately I want dart frogs but not total sure I am ready for those yet. I have never own any frogs before unless you wanna count Fire belly toads. I kept them about 8 years ago and I really had no clue want I was doing then. Want to do it right this time around. This tank was just freshly planted yesterday and I haven't had a chance to pick up a thermometer or a humidity gauge yet so I dont know the temp or humidity. I was planning on letting the tank run for about a week then I will get one and see what it is. With all that said what are the easiest species to keep?

Well, you can count fire belly toads, the name is deceptive, they are actually classified as frogs, not toads.
If you can get the parameters correct, darts are relatively easy to keep. Good starter darts are Dedrobates Leucomelas, D. Azureus, D. Tinctorius, and a few others. As long as you don't mind culturing fruit flies and a few other bugs, they are pretty easy. The Mantella species (my favs) are also easy, slightly different requirements, but close.

I dont mind food cultures as I have had micro worms, banana worms, and black worm cultured in the past for my fish. Still have the black worm culture going. How hard is it keep fruit flies? Also when you say a few other which ones are you talking about? Spring tails?

Fruit flies are a walk in the park. Yeah, springtails, and most keep Isopods as well
