If you are raising live plants, the best solution is to use ABG type soil with a layer of leaves on top. If there are no live plants, you could use couple layers of coco liner mats cut to same dimension as your enclosure bottom.

Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
will the cocoa liner mats remain a little moist and still create the extra humidity? I will have to search online for them, I haven't seen any in the australian shops before!
Yes, you can spray them same as soil. I've seen them on Amazon and greenhouse supply stores. Use two layers, so when the bottom one eventually rots, can use the top one on bottom and add a new one. Once frog poop is on mats you can add a culture of springtails and they will help keep matts clean.
