Hello, May. I live in the US, so I can't help you on the liscencing thing. Australia seems to be a nice country, and two of the frogs that I like from there are the Aus. Red eyed tree frogs and the White's tree frogs. Nice to meet you, and have fun here!

The RETF/RELF is from Central America (and I believe northern South America), definitely not Australia.
