Lumpy lips?

These area my suggestions, though I am not a vet. In combination you should be able to help him. Did the vet send the swab for culture and sensitivities or just look under the scope?

The vet took some skin where the scratches and lumps were starting to appear and looked under the microscope and found nothing. Although I have kept an eye on him and the lumps seem to be reducing in size, they don't seem to be affecting him what so ever.
Another question though, I have recently moved houses and where I'm located now, the climate is so much cooler than before, could someone recommend a heart source? And whats best? Thank you

For heat I use red and or black light bulbs to heat the viv. I adjust the watts according to season. Any where from a 25W to a 60W.
