What's Your Dream Pacman Frog? (Just For Fun)

If you're anything like me, by now you have learned about different species of Pacman frogs, and their different color morphs.

I was just wondering, what would be your ideal Pacman frog? Of course it would be healthy and all that. I mean specifically for looks, or whatever qualities you like about it, what would you like if you could just type it in and it would show up overnight?

To make it really hard, only choose ONE dream frog (if you can't, I understand)

This is my choice (I'm J):

A big, fat, 5+ year old, female with the "Camoflauge" coloring, which has the same kinds of tans and greens that they used for Camo in Desert settings, and I'd like it to be a really bumpy one. Also, the bigger, pointer horns the better.

I believe this would be a Ceratophrys Ornata.

My partner in frogcrime, A, says she'd like an Ornata too, also with big horns, but she wants it to be half Samurai Blue, of course with vivid blue coloring on top, but on the lower part, she's seen a red Ornata with purple coloring near the bottom half of it's body, the sides of belly and legs basically. So, half Samurai Blue and half Purple! Which I have never seen but no doubt would be awesome if we could breed one that way.

Is Samurai Blue an Ornata or Cranwelli?

Oh well, those are J and A's choices, what about you guys?

Remember, this would be a FREE frog so don't worry even if it's super expensive.

Oh man. I had to Google and see if purple pacmans were a thing yet. Lol. Didn't find any. =(

I can't decide on an "ultimate" dream pacman... I would LOVE to collect them all, like Pokemon! All the morphs are so colorful, like they should be toys instead of live animals. So amazing. I think they are best appreciated together. I want smoother ones, bumpy ones, small, big, blue, green, purple... everything! If only my husband was on-board with it... "No, you can't have a dedicated pet room." =P

I especially like the looks of strangely colored hybrids/fantasy frogs.

Samurai blues are C. cranwelli. See the lack of false eyespots bhind the eyes.

I don't have a dream Pacman in mind. Favorites are either green or red Ornate females .

Id love a huge intimidating but docile (to me so I don't get bit haha) ornate with a red and blue camo pattern. But I can only dream...

Ornatas are very bumpy but they actually have the smallest horns of all the Ceratophrys species. Cornutas have the super long horns though.

My dream frog would be the Devil Frog Beelzebufo ampinga. It lived 70 million years ago in what is now Madagascar. It was 16 inches long and weighed 9 pounds. It resembled the horned frogs superficially and may have been related to them. You wouldn't bring you small pet dog around it or you would be leaving without your dog and may be parts of you.
