    Default Red Leg?

It's hard to tell if its Red Leg. Being it looks better just since yesterday, I'm thinking no.

Keep him in a very clean tank, with paper towel substrate, as Chino mentioned. Rinse out his water bowl in very hot water. Allow to cool and replace with fresh dechlorinated water daily.

If he gets any more red, he might need antibiotics.

I would soak him daily for the next couple of days.

    Is he eating yet?

    Default Red Leg?

I am almost wondering if that may just be from sitting in his own urine? Though I'm not sure.

    I will follow along.

Since the redness is decreasing I'm thinking it probably isn't red leg... I freaked out about a year ago when mine had similar looking redness on her back legs, but it turned out to just be irritation from burrowing up against the silicone in her tank.
Agree with everyone saying to give her daily soaks and keep her in a hospital setup for a bit.

Not Redleg. Redleg is a serious bacterial infection that doesn't go away over night. It is usually fatal. This is most likely some kind of irritation.

Answer Heather's question. Need to know how long the frog was dormant.

Agree with above comments it's not RL . Are you breeding your frog and that is the reason you allow them to aestivate? Asking, because there is a high risk involved in the procedure, and it's not recommended unless you are an expert breeding them.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
