Do you have a photo? They could be springtails?

How did you prepare your plants?

    Do they look like these?

Could be springtails that hitch hiked in on love plants, if you have live plants.

Probably something that came in plants, leaves, or soil. Vivariums are live environments and populations of many organisms will come and go as the vivarium settles and cycles. As long as you do not have water reaching the soil level and creating bog/swamp conditions it should be OK .
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

I agree. Gnats like swampy, wet environments. I think they'll leave once things settle. Put some springtails in your tank also.
