Hello and welcome to FF! Sorry your frog is in trouble . Please remove any pebbles or decor your frog can fit in it's mouth from the tank. Also, need to take frog to veterinary for x-ray and to have the marble and any other swallowed items removed from it's digestive system. Thank you i will make an appointment as soon as i can find a vet around here that works with frogs how did they get the pebbles out of yours?

Pebbles can eventually pass if not too big, still not go for the frog though. I hope your marble is small, if not she may need surgery. in the mean time put her in a shallow container so she can at least get to the surface easy for air.
