Tadpoles to Froglets!

From what I have seen you keep feeding the tadpoles until they leave the water.

These are ACF tads and will not leave the water. I have tiny nugget food for when they complete the tail absorbtion, but will they continue to filter feed for a while before absorbing the tail?

Once ACF tadpoles have all 4 legs and begin to absorb tail they will stop feeding. It should take around 3 days for tail to be completely absorbed into body. Once froglet transformation is complete, you can start feeding again with tadpole food, thawed frozen foods of appropriate size (brine shrimp and daphnia), and chopped blood or black worms. Water quality during this stage is important, so recommend daily 25% water changes. Good luck !
