When you say "green tree frogs" I can only assume you are referring to a Whites tree frog.

. Do please answer questions Heather posted, first thing to do is try to identify why frog died. You can use damp (dechlorinated water) unprinted paper towels for a substrate, or soft rags (wash in how water); coco mats, or a bare bottom if so desired. Good luck
