I've set up a semi aquatic vivarium for my Rhaebo guttatus that is heavily planted with aquatic, terrestrial, and epiphytic plants. My aquatic side also has several tetras in it.

I want to use aquarium-grade plant supplements (fertilizer) to promote stronger growth in all my plants before adding my toad. I am looking at Seachem Flourish as an option.

What advice can you offer me for supplementing these plants before and after I introduce my toad to this enclosure? If I were to water the supplement down, could I use it in the misters to supplement the epiphytes (various bromeliads) as well? If I choose to use this supplement while my toad is present, what ailments should I watch for?

Thanks to all who respond, I will post updates and pics as my project progresses.
