Which one?

I am trying to decide weather to breed milky tree frogs, Phyllomedusa Tomopterna, or red eyes. I think milky's are the easiest and don't need a rain chamber but I also love red eyes and tiger legged tree frogs.
I can't decide!!

Red eyes are a dime a dozen now-a-days - go for something more interesting like the Milkys.

I will second that. I bred my red-eyes and it was very hard to unload the froglets. Had to wholesale most of them out. Didn't mind too much, as I got a few blue tincs out of the deal.
