No. For one, VFT's require a dormancy period, which means the plant would need to be removed temporarily. Also, I believe the lighting would be too intense for it.
As far as it being a carnivorous plant, it's not an issue. The term carnivorous is kind of misleading. None of the carnivorous plant families pose a danger to frogs or froglets.
