What/why is this pink cord coming out of my frogs anus?it caused her no pain when I was pulling it out.Is she pooping her insides out?

Do not pull on anything coming out of frog's vent! If a prolapse you could be pulling it's intestines out. Can't tell from your picture or description what is it. If still attached to frog you need to take to a herp veterinary now. If prolapse and it get's infected/necrotic the frog will die .

could have been something one of your feeders ate before they were fed to your frog.
