Thanks so much it's getting changed during my lunch break from work today. Ugh. And also his eyes are red. I'm assuming I need to take the bring light away omg i hate that it seems like I did no research. To be honest this was a rushed pet. The store got him in from a customer who said he couldn't care for him so when I started looking at him the guy I always deal with at the store asked if I could take him in since they don't usually have pac man frogs. Ugh i couldn't say no and that's how I got him. I have researching day and night but am having some issues finding good sites with good info I'll check out the you gave me again you you guys so much

A Ceramic Heat Emitter is your best choice.
There is a light fixture that has a dimmer that you can adjust the heat from the CHE
Carlos knows the one I am talking about hopefully he will see this and let you know.

But I use a Zoo med hygrotherm to control everything the heat sources and my fogger.

That is ok , you are doing the right thing and correcting the mistakes.

Ok so I got a zoo med ceramic heat emitter 60 watts and I bought some more eco earth (even though I realized I had plenty when I got home lol oh well) and I have a fogger that I use for my snake but I think Mr jabba may need it more at the moment I am setting everything up now (never got that lunch break today). I'll take pictures when it is all done and hopefully perfect. He came from not so perfect conditions apparently so he deserves the best.

Ok so here it is the updated terrarium. He seemed so happy he was literally completely covered in just a few seconds.

Just like I saw with my little Pepito when I first got him. except he said Dad.

Oh your picture is price less. I love that only the eyes are showing. Well thanks for all your help. He/she is very happy and ate like a champ after his house was set up properly. I have to say he seemed very eager to be picked up it was strange, idk. I didn't put the fogger on his terrarium because it's a big one and I'm going to search around for a smaller one hopefully I can find one. Also how old would you guesstimate him to be he is very tiny about the width of three of my tiny "mom" fingers lol
it doesn't really matter it's just a fun fact to know.

    Hard to say,
since you don't know how and what it was fed.

My little pep was 17g when I got him and in 9 months of good feeding and care he grew to 170g and 3.5 in diameter.
He has very little of his baby green left he is mostly brown now.

These are when I first got him.
