I had two male ADFs in a small aquarium (had been purchased in one of those self contained ecosystems). I have had them almost 4 years. One was noticeably larger than the other, the smaller one has been looking whitish and very skinny. When away for a week, I had family feeding my frogs. My Mom called after several days to tell me the larger one was missing! She thought one ate the other! However it was the small sickly looking frog that remained. There was no way for the frog to get out of the aquarium, yet there were no remains inside. If an ADF dies, does the body dissolve? Will the other frog eat it? Where would it go?
