Bulge in neck

So it's kind of hard to see but there is a small bulge in my frogs neck and it's been there for a couple of weeks. I think it may be fat because I was feeding him frozen pinkies and fuzzied too often but I've stopped feeding him those. What do you guys think it is?

You can see here it spreads out when he sits all the way down. That's why I'm thinking it may be fat

One of the more experienced guys please correct me if I'm mistaken but from the pics that looks like the vocal sac that males develop. When the males sing they inflate it with air.

Check the thumbs on your frogs front legs for nuptial pads. They're raised bumps like small warts/moles. I'm sorry I don't have a pic to post as an example but I'm on my cell phone atm.

Your frog look totally fine. I'm also glad you realize that pinkies and fuzzies are terrible staple diets. Try night crawlers, crickets, and dubia roaches. Personally I'd feed samurai pacman food in the mix, too!
