Skin problems?!

My male has been croaking for weeks now however i have yet to see any eggs. Just a side note.

I noticed he has little tiny black dots all over his back side.
The dots seem to be in a jelly like secretion.
I don't think they're eggs since they're on my male. But what is it?!
He's eating fine. probably eats the most out of all of them.

His skin looks very raised and sharp almost. I'm worried about him.
