Yes, but only where his stomach is located. He just doesn´t seem to build up fat...

update: I have had him tested for parasites, chytrid and mycobacteria. Luckily, all results were negative However, ubiquitous bacteria were found (Pseudomonas and Aeromonas), but most likely, he is fine despite being skinny. Unless he stops eating or shows other symptoms, he doesn´t require a treatment
