Don't bother with the Phoenix worms and calci-worms. They'small and don't digest due to large amounts of chitin. Dubia Roaches are good, but offer the nymphs not the adults. Don't use Goldfish or Rosies, use Guppies or Minnows. Hornworms are expensive, but are an excellent treat and as for the frozen Reptiles. I'm sure they're fine. Quail chicks are also ok, but you might want to offer prekilled ones less their fluffy cuteness takes you over and you end up with a pet Quail Lol!
