I keep FROG's crickets in a plastic container with holes punched in the lid for ventilation. I clean the container out every day. I take the container with the top loosely laying on top of the container and slide it into a freezer bag. I dump the crickets into the freezer bag. I carefully pull out the container and lid and seal the bag. I toss the old romaine lettuce , carrots, sweet potato and apple in the garbage. I rinse out the container in hot water then dry it with toilet tissue. I put in a piece of paper towel and then add the vegtables and fruit. I add a small amout of Gut Load Cricket and Insect Food also. Next I carefully seperate the crickets in the freezer bag and any feces and food. I then carefully put the crickets back into the clean container. I toss the contents of the bag in the garbage. Certainly they will sick if you don't clean them every day. Use your head people.
