What night light for red eyed tree frogs?

Hi! I had an LED blue light and an LED white. I didnt realize that even the blue light bothers them so I wont be leaving any light on at night. My Q is, does it matter if I have the blue light or the white light during the day? Sometimes I switch it between blue and white but I dont know if it matters to her. Thanks!

Depends on the white light. My LED system runs both the blue and the white during the day. The blue doesn't do anything for plant growth.

Thanks! My LED system has a choice of just blue, just white, or both on at the same time, so I wasnt sure if it was just for my preference.
