Not sure what do you mean by race. Dendrobates auratus is a dart frog species that has many morphs (not races) named after their collection area. Problem is some people give them invented names or cross breed localities which creates mixed look morphs not found in nature.

The green color in small spots or bars over a black background points to the "Canal Zone Morph" naturally ranging from Panama's Canal area .
