Hello and welcome to FF! Frogs and toads are look but don't touch kind of pets. Many exude toxic substances from their skin and require washing your hands with soap and water; then rinsing with dechlorinated tap water prior to handling and again washing your hands with soap and water afterwards. There are aquatic species like African Dwarf Frogs (couple in a 5G or a few more in a 10G) or African Clawed Frogs (3 in the 30G) that are totally safe since they will be in an aquarium.

None of your tanks have the height needed for a tree frog; unless you stand the 30G on an end after doing a vertical conversion; which will take time and dexterity. Red Belly Toads are out because their skin is a bit toxic; but there are other small toads that might not be toxic, just need to check around.

You can start a Pacman juvenile in a 5G and move to a 10G once it grows past 3.5-4 in. They are nice pets, if you do not mind one that buries itself and looks at you without moving from it's hideout. The 75G would be an excellent home for a large male Giant African Bullfrog. Just have to watch either Pacman or GABF while feeding and handling; both can give a skin lacerating bite. Rana frog species from the wild can be kept in the 75G in a 50-50 wet/dry type enclosure too.

Here is a nice article that might help you decide which frog: Frog Forum - Choosing a Frog.. From what you wrote; sounds like you could sell your tanks and buy a nice ExoTerra large and tall enclosure (18x24x36 or 18x36x36) and keep maybe 2-3 White's in there .
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
