Since it sounds like he's getting plenty of food normally I doubt two weeks without is going to hurt anything in the long run, especially if he's acting and eating normally now. It's good to give them food as regularly as possible in captivity, but they're designed to be able to survive pretty extensive periods of going without in the wild.
