Recommend raise day temp to 30C and increase ventilation to lower humidity. Also, did you found any of the meds I listed in post no. 7?

Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!

My recommendation for sick frogs is to isolate them during treatment to prevent it spreading if contagious. In regards to medicines, a topical non-analgesic antibiotic, like plain Neosporin can be used against bacteria by applying 2X daily with a Q-tip over affected area.
Melafix is a mild bactericide made from natural ingredients and Pimafix is a fungicide with internal anti-bacterial properties. They have to be mixed with dechlorinated tap water per the bottle label directions. You can mix and use both of them together. Recommend prepare a gallon of solution (store in darkness after mixing) and use that to bath the frog 2X a day (solution depth to frogs chin). Can also use it on the frog's water dish and to drip it over frog's affected area while it's sleeping. Let us know when you start treatment and how it goes.
Read that you keep the frogs on a bare glass bottom; recommend use damp unprinted paper towels as a substrate if tank is bare.
