I would agree with Ebony and say it looks like a Southern Toad. Besides color and markings, many U.S. toads can be identified by their cranial crests. I have included a link showing the crest of the Southern Toad.

Thanks very much for the replies. Gonna have to get my 30 gal unpacked... debating on if I want to grab a few of these or maybe some Cuban Tree Frogs from around here. Any suggestions![]()
Cuban treefrogs would be my pick.
