1. Ok, so im worried for my frog, because he never poo's unless I give him a bath in warm water, and he never gets out of his water bowl to hide. How can I fix this?

Do you use dechlorinated water for his substrate?

Also this isn't a problem because African Bullfrogs love water and it is normal for them to spend most of the time in their water dish.

My male spends a lot of time in his water bowl. He loves it. My female is the opposite. She's usually in the substrate. Although she's making a liar out of me as she's in the water as I type this. Come to think of it she's been in there since this morning. Go figure...
