I was so excited the other day! I've had my pacman since just before Christmas. I've found some small poops here and there, but for the first time I finally caught him in the act and it was HUGE! And who'd think something so little would be so stinky!? Anyway, I was so excited I sent pictures to all my friends. Despite their amazement, they still think I'm crazy. I feel like others here can probably relate to my excitement though!
That was last week, he hasn't gone since then and has some bulge on his right side. Should I give him a day or 2 to have another BM before I give him a soak, or might this mean he's already backed up?
Thanks for any input!

I would not worry for a week delay. What is the frog's diet and what is the size of insects fed, compared to distance between frog's eyes? If frog has not defecated in 2 weeks; then would give it a honey bath and rinse.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
Thanks! I switch it up between nightcrawlers and large crickets.. They are probably about the length between his eyes or a little smaller

A week in-between BM's is not a problem.
And I wouldn't do a honey bath just yet.
I would do just a plain warm water one first.
I reserve the honey for frogs that haven't had a BM in 2 or more weeks.
I just lay a towel over the soak container to give the frog some privacy and keep the heat in.
and lessen the stress.
Hi Guys it's been two weeks and my pacman frog has not pooped. Today I gave him a honey bath and he was trying to but nothing, should I be worried? Here is a photo I just took of him after I put him back in his tank. Tanks or your help
It's worrying because two weeks seems like a long time, but mainly because you saw him trying to go, but he could not relieve himself.
It sounds like he may be impacted. Some foods can cause an impaction of the frog's digestive tract because they are too tough or hard for the frog to digest. Certain worms have hard shell parts, and a diet of too many vertibrates can cause problems because of the bones.
What have you been feeding the frog?
Another thing, are you 100% sure he hasn't pooped? They like to burrow, and when they do, sometimes they poop in the hole when they leave. Maybe he has pooped and you haven't noticed? Have you checked the soil?
It's funny you should say that because I had the opposite experience. Last night my frog ate him a nice little feast of crickets, then apparently pooped a nice little blob on the paper towel.
I was all alone and never thought I'd be reporting this, so I let curiosity get the best of me, and asked myself, is the frog's poo stinky? I took a sniff from a foot away and smelled nothing.
Then I got a couple inches closer and took a whiff. Nothing. Closer. Nothing. Finally about a half inch away, which is as close as I was willing to let my nose get to it anyway, I took a deep smell and THAT'S when I smelled it, and WOOOOO, that wasn't a delight. But I'm thankful that I can't smell it unless I'm very close. I find my pacman frog to be a very inoffensive pet as far as smells or noises go.
I feed him large crickets with there rear legs removed. I put seven in at night and there gone by morning or hiding. I just bought red wigglers for him and also med size crickets in case they are to big. He is hiding now. I'm sure he will e out in a few hrs. He does not appear to have any side bulge like people say there's have. So I'm not sure. I haven't found any poop in his tank or his holes.????
Wow today I came home and jabba did his business. A very large poop. I was getting worried because he had not gone in three weeks. He is empty now. Looks like he is eating good
