Hey Guys n Girls,

Finally I have some pet frogs!! Just wondering if you experts could tell me what type they are. Was sold to me as green tree frogs but noticing the spots on them made me think gillens? Not a frog expert in any way but want to do the best I can by them and figured knowing exactly what they are is the first step

Hello and welcome to FF Amy! Well, they do look like Litoria gilleni. Sadly could not find a good reference that specifies how to tell one from the other. Since both their distribution overlaps; you can follow this care guide for either species: Frog Forum - White's Tree Frog Care - Litoria caerulea. Good luck !

Thanks for the welcome I'll take a look at the care guide thanks! They seem to be doing quite well. Eating like troopers and hanging at the glass at night time to get my attention( I like to think so anyway as I have it next to my computer).
