Default HELP! Sick african dwarf frog.

I have three female African Dwarf Frogs. I lost my male to a broken leg over a month ago and I added two new females. I have seen each of them shed many times and until today had no reason for concern. One of my females does not seam to be able to stay on the bottom unless she wedges herself. She has been frantically trying to stay down all day. I have checked her out, no discolorations, no growths, no odd bumps, no bloating, no signs of injury, and she is not lethargic. I shined a very bright light above her and did not see any obstructions in her tract. I gave all the frogs Maracyn two toady, two packets for a 10 gallon tank like the instructions said. I did a 80% water replacement today and tested both waters, nothing abnormal or too high. I do not have a filter since that is how my male broke his leg and they seam happier without it so I do 50% water change every three to four days. I feed them thawed brine shrimp and pre-softened pellets since a week ago I watched them eat the hard ones. They do gorge on food so I try to control it. Does anyone have any idea what is going on????

Video, she is a little bloated because I just fed her. I was worried she was expending too much energy.

I think it is a case of minor gas bloat.
Where it affects its buoyancy and make it difficult to keep submerged.

Feed mostly the frozen food for a few days.
    This should pass.
I have seven in my 40g bow front for the last 5 years and have seen this when they eat too much of the
flake fish food that I feed to the rest of the fish in the aquarium 17 neon tetras 3 cherry barbs 3 ottos 3 emerald cory's

I don't think your frog is in any danger.
The only thing is while it has this condition it might get a little stressed out since it can't submerge and stay down.
it should pass in a few days.

the white balls are more than likely uneaten food that has fungus growing on it.
    that needs to be removed.
