Yes, the constant and relatively humid (compared to their natural Africa) weather is not triggering a breeding response. You need to research the use (and risks involved) on hormone injections. Another option (not necessarily simple or easy) would be to try an area with weather wet/dry cycles closer to their natural home like the Southern Chaco. Buena suerte

I agree that the best place would be an area like the Chaco, where Ceratophys and Lepidobatrachus lives.
