sick White's trees frog

My big girl is not feeling well. She is 5 years old and i have kept her and her 2 male friends in a 33 gal live exo vivarium. There have been no changes and everyone has been healthy. the boys usually sleep all day and are not too active. She is usually awake starring out and jumping against the glass if anyone gets close to try for food. About a year ago i switched from crix to dubias . For the last couple of weeks she is not herself. she s still fat but does not want to eat and spends her time soaking. her eyes are not as bright and she turns away if i try to feed her. very unusal for her. she has a bump on her back that is the size of a nickel that looks fluid filled. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

A bump in back could be an infected injury or sub-cutaneous parasites. Would consider moving and isolating the female to a hospital like enclosure with damp (dechlorinated tap water) unprinted paper towels as substrate.

11. What is being used to maintain the temperature of the enclosure
12. When is the last time he/she ate
13. Have you found poop lately
14. A pic would be helpful including frog and enclosure (any including cell phone pic is fine)
15. Describe frog's symptoms and/or recent physical changes; to include it's ventral/belly area.
16. How old is the frog
17. How long have you owned him/her
18. Is the frog wild caught or captive bred
19. Frog food- how often and if it is diverse, what other feeders are used as treats
20. How often the frog is handled
21. Is the enclosure kept in a high or low traffic area
22. Describe enclosure maintenance (water changes, cleaning, etc)
