I have successfully rehabbed a baby toad that lost left foot completely.

All you need to set up a small hospital for it is a plastic bin 22cm X30cm with a lid with holes.
Put a paper towel in the bottom moistened with treated tap water.
and kept in a quiet area that is ~22c and if you have any triple antibiotic cream with out pain killer you can warm the tube of it in a glass of warm not hot water.
and dab on a little bit on the wounds.
change out the paper towel every day.
The toad should heal up in about a couple of weeks.
you can feed earth worm pieces or crickets that are the same size as the distance in between the toads eyes.

The key is ti lessen stress as much as possible,
it doesn't need any special light just room lights will be enough.
and cover three sides with brown paper to also lessen stress.

keeping the toad clean will speed its recovery.

Then when it is all healed up you can release it.
Your choice.
