    My husband took the spa cover off. This little guy (not so little) had been hiding up under the cover.
    It was a hot evening outside temperature 38C, the water temperature was reading at 39C.

    We released him elsewhere in the garden.

    I believe he is a Peron's Tree Frog due to the marking on the legs. We are right a the edge of their range.

    Nice find, had not seen those before. An ID trait for Litoria peroni is the cross marking over pupils on eyes .
    Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !​
