An 18x18x24 in. enclosure will give you a volume of around 34 gallons. Take out space for decor, a background, and substrate/false bottom if a vivarium and you are left with around 24 gallons. That is going to be tight for them unless two smaller males!
Milk's kept at 55F is a no go! They should be kept in the mid 70's and will tolerate 75-85F daytime (coldest to warm basking spot in enclosure). It can drop to 70F at night; but should not go lower. You will probably need a combination of large heating pad and a ceramic heat emitter in a dome to get those enclosures 15F degrees warmer.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
Absolutely no go for waxies too, they need hot spot of 90f, i dont think any of the frogs will tolerate 50f.
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
My basement is too large for a space heater. I'll have to use a ceramic heat emitter or a heat pad on the side of the tank. I don't want the air in the tank to be cold, but I don't want the best emitter or heat mat dry out the tank.
