In my personal opinion that size cage can do for a pair of milks. Never kept normal waxies so I'm not to sure. To up the air temp inside of the enclosure get a 40W house bulb. I would also get a plug in heater for knight time to keep the room temp up.

! They should be kept in the mid 70's and will tolerate 75-85F daytime (coldest to warm basking spot in enclosure). It can drop to 70F at night; but should not go lower. You will probably need a combination of large heating pad and a ceramic heat emitter in a dome to get those enclosures 15F degrees warmer.
