Splitting my dumpy tank in half (40g) than having 2 dumpys on one side and 2 milks on the other ?
As long as you can consistently control the differences in environments, and there is absolutely zero chance of cross contamination, then yes. Just remember, both things are easier said than done. It would require a ridiculous amount of planning and testing

Sorry; but think a 40 gal. volume is the bare minimal for either pair of those frogs and halving the volume is going to leave both pairs in a very cramped space.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
Well I think I'm gonna do it and just treat each side as it's own for each of the spicies of frogs
Sound good?
Sounds to small. Sure they may survive that size, but would they thrive...........big difference.

My dumps literally always stay on the one side..... I think 20g is good enugh.
i bought a 60watt likgt bluff got both with a heat lamp to heat up their tanks. Dump yes aren't really climbers but when they are they climb on the logs I have in their if I bring that all close together I think they will be happy that they can climb from branch to branch and be happy. All they do is climb the logs and bath in the water dish.
Well all I can say from experience is that when I moved my 3 WTF's from the Exo Terra 18x18x24 to the 36x18x36 they started to move around a lot more and they use every bit of space.

Well like I said! A 40g tank and they only use 20...
I'm just wondering why ask for advise if you seem to know better?
This is a very bad idea of slitting tank this small, not to mention of how you need to do it so both species feel comfortable. Each of this species need 40 gal bare minimum for 2 and it is for smaller males, if one of these frogs is a female or they both are, 40 gal is too small for 2.
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
