HELP- My albino pacman frog has calcium deficiency right now, I think so because he will not eat and sometimes goes into spasms where his legs go stiff and stomach moves into odd shapes.he is a juvenile and will not eat. it has been almost 2 weeks and he has had one cricket and one tiny little meal worm. Every day i coat multiple food types with calcium +d3 but he WILL NOT open his mouth no matter how hard i try. all his conditions are perfect heat and humidity. His problem is that he will not open his mouth to get better by ingesting his vitamins and of course nutrition from the food. I do not want to stress him out by handling him and forcing his mouth open or taking him to a vet who would just do the same thing. I have tried prying his mouth open using the food while he sits in a feeding container and he will not budge. is there any other way to get him to have vitamins so he feels well enough to eat? i want to know if it is safe to add to his water or if i should feed him with a nursing kit with a tiny but of water mixed with his calcium +d3?
