; feeding too large insects or mealworms can sometimes cause that. Insects should be sized same as distance between frogs eyes. Also, would not feed mealworms or similar beetle larvae worms to your frog. Night crawlers are a better and softer diet. If your frog is small, can cut the NCs from pointy end around same length as frog. The prolapse is probably not related to your frog feeding problem, there might be other issues at hand. Please answer the questions posted below and we will try to identify any issues in your frog's environment.
