Lighting timers?

I need to get my lights on timers because I have a pretty crazy schedule. I am looking at timers and was hoping to find one that can program 2 different cycles. I need his daylight to go on and nightlight to go off in the morning, and vice verse at night. Does anyone know if there is such a product and where I can find one? I have limited space as it is for plugs, so to try and plug in 2 separate timers might be next to impossible without running cords across the room. If not, I figure I can probably get a lower wattage daylight and leave the red one on throughout the day and night, but I have finally gotten temp and humidity ideal and stable after almost 6 weeks of playing around!

I don't know of one that can turn one source on and another one off at the same time. If you are cramped for space you could buy a little "Y" adapter off of one plug and plug in to separate timers in. I don't know of a way to do it other than using 2 timers.
