Default Worms found in substrate, Parasites or friendly? How to manage?

    Hi Everyone!

The other day I found one tiny worm wiggling up the glass in my Amazon Milk Frog tank, then over the last few days I’ve noticed more and more in the substrate and they are moving up the glass in the condensation.

Before I rip the tank apart and bleach everything to death are these things likely to be parasites or something friendly eating up all the bad stuff?
Are they likely to be harmful to my frogs or can I just let them be?
I’ve included some photos, the worms are less than a mm think and about a cm long.
    Hope someone can help!!
    Thanks

Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

They are probably detritivore worms living off organic stuff in your substrate. Not harmful other than being visible to you. Increased spot cleaning should bring their numbers down .
