Normally they will refuse food if the need to poop. You could uncover the frog and place the frog in it's water dish.

How long you've kept the frog if never seen poop? Be aware some Pacmans bury their poop, usually can find in their last bury hole when they move to new location.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
