    Default Back on Frog Forum

    Hello everyone! I used to be on the Forum frequently, and due to my new career and relocation, I stopped logging on. How I've missed FF!

    My WTF, Treemone, died very unexpectedly, right after Christmas. She was completely fine and even ate the day before I found her. It was very tragic, and my daughter who shared in the care of Treemone, held a lovely ceremony before her burial. We enjoyed her for 4 years and we miss her everyday.

    While mourning Treemone, we visited a pet store and came across what was being sold as a Green Tree Frog for 9.99. We purchased him and quickly realized that he was actually a WTF. My daughter named him Cornelius. He has eased the pain of losing Treemone and we are really enjoying watching him climb and hunt (Treemone was too big to hang out on the leaves, and was never much of a climber). I have posted some pictures of Cornelius, and his set-up, which is nothing fancy, but it is far better than his accommodations were at the pet store. I am excited to share our experiences with you!

    I look forward to getting back in touch with my FF friends from before, and making new friends as well!

    Hello and welcome to FF! I'm very sorry about Treemone's death ; but happy you and daughter have found joy in Cornelius presence .
    Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !​
