Litoria ewingii has quite a very broad habitat; but as all other tree frogs, it loves to climb. Myself would ensure their tank is taller than longer (around 24 in. tall). In addition to reeds, would provide vines and branches to climb on. We do not have a care article for them at this time; but you can read about enclosure set-up basics in this article:

Setting up enclosures in front of windows creates a couple problems. First is drafts that can create temperature swings. Second is sunlight that can quickly heat up an enclosure, or in the case of nocturnal frogs, overheat them while they are resting. Good luck
