Well, title says it all. I was curious how to tell the difference, and i'm not finding many resources on it. Could someone help me?
Also, does anyone know how to tell the difference between males and females as babies? Is it even possible?
It's not possible to tell sex accurately in babies. Once frogs reach 3.5 to 4 in., it's possible to sex. Some experienced keepers can sometimes sex younger individuals; but there are some frogs that mature slower and present a challenge.
For difference between species, search for thread "Current Pyxicephalus Genus Status." Best way to learn to ID is to review threads with pictures that discuss ID or sexing a particular African bullfrog. Good luck !

Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
